AmiVio provides qualified household help and everyday care. Our helpers are trained for their areas of work. Wherever possible, we rely on familiar points of contact so that real trust can grow.
Depending on your life situation, different funding sources can cover our services:
Billed directly with your long-term care insurance, as AmiVio is recognised under § 45a SGB XI (AnFöVO NRW):
- § 45b SGB XI, relief amount (€131 per month, from care level 1)
- § 45a para. 4 SGB XI, conversion entitlement (up to 40% of the care benefit in kind, from care level 2)
- § 39 SGB XI, respite care (up to €3,539 per year, from care level 2)
- § 40 para. 4 SGB XI, home adaptation measures
- § 35a EStG, 20% of labour costs deductible for private services
We support you with the application where the provider decides case by case:
- § 38 SGB V, household help via health insurance in case of illness or after a hospital stay
- § 24h SGB V, household help for pregnancy and childbirth
- § 42 SGB VII in conjunction with § 74 SGB IX, household help after occupational or commuting accidents
- § 22 para. 6 SGB II, relocation costs via the Jobcenter
- § 70 SGB XII, continuation of the household via the social welfare office
Which basis applies in each case depends on the personal situation. AmiVio checks eligibility free of charge. (Legal figures as of 07/2025; please verify the current legal status.)
AmiVio is not a nursing service and does not provide home nursing care under § 37 SGB V. We complement the work of nursing services.
